We use it for cooking and for moisturizing my 5 1/2 year old’s sensitive skin. Along with cutting back on refined sugar, eliminating toxic skin care items and using all natural cleaning solutions around the house, the coconut oil has been a life saver for my little one. Could not live without it!
I use it in muffins. It’s a healthier choice than just regular oil.
I use coconut oil in cupcake recipes, stir fry, light frying, desserts, and in my cast iron skillet as it has to stay “oiled up”!

I use it in everything! In smoothies with frozen raspberries…it’s so good because the CO gets like little hard crispy bits, which sounds gross, but it’s not, lol. I use the refined for frying, I love love love it as lotion. It makes the best moisturizer ever. I even put it in my coffee! It’s great for any recipe that calls for fat, too. So good for you! Thank you for sharing all your info, I made your almond milk the other day and almond meal- couldnt believe how easy it was… going to look at making oat milk now- thats just yum but super expensive to buy, so considering i can buy rolled oats very cheap I will have a go at making it myself

Yay! Indeed, this is a cool summer giveaway! I love coconut oil. Been using it to treat my dry hair or flaky skin especially during summer. Although I’m using a different brand, I still would like to try this one. As long as I can get the same coconut oil benefits, I’d still try it. Though I hope I’ll get the chance to try.
