It’s no secret how much I love coconut oil – we use it on everything! Do you remember the movie, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, and how the dad used Windex on literally everything? Well, coconut oil is our windex! :)

So when I came across an opportunity to review Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil, I was thrilled! This stuff really is the gold standard in coconut oil. From the moment I popped open the jar, I knew this oil was different – it smelled so fresh and pure, and had an amazing texture and consistency.

I immediately rubbed some on my hands and elbows, and it felt so silky smooth! I then used it for both cooking and baking, and I’m completely sold on this stuff! I made my No-Bake Cranberry Coconut Squares this past week and they were a huge hit – even better than the first few times I’ve made them with another brand of coconut oil.
