122It’s here! That giveaway I’ve been promising you for the past couple weeks has finally arrived!
Back in June, one lucky winner received a free quart of virgin coconut oil from Tropical Traditions, and today you have the chance to enter to win a whole gallon of this amazing oil!
Click here to check out my review of Tropical Traditions virgin coconut oil.
And click here to see my Top 10 uses for coconut oil!
Win 1 gallon of Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil!
Tropical Traditions is America’s source for coconut oil. Their Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil is hand crafted in small batches by family producers, and it is the highest quality coconut oil they offer. You can read more about how virgin coconut oil is different from other coconut oils on their website: What is Virgin Coconut Oil?
You can also watch the video they produced about Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil:
Tropical Traditions also carries other varieties of affordable high quality coconut oil. Visit their website to check on current sales, to learn about the many uses of coconut oil, and to read about all the advantages of buying coconut oil online. Since the FDA does not want us to discuss the health benefits of coconut oil on a page where it is being sold or given away, here is the best website to read about the health benefits of coconut oil.
Thank you to Tropical Traditions for the opportunity to host this wonderful giveaway!
You may enter for your chance to win by using the Rafflecopter form below:

My brother-in-law insists on using oil to “bake” in the sun – these commercial tanning oils contain little if any SPF protection. I finally convinced him to use coconut oil which offers some SPF protection (SPF 4, i think). I would share this with him. Personally I would like to try it as a deodorant.
I love to use coconut oil for bug bites!
I already use it as an insect repellant, and it is fantastic! I would love to use it on after-pool hair…my daughter has long hair that always looks and feels like straw!! ( on a completely off-topic note…I use a wee bit of coconut oil in my “scentsy” warmer because I wanted to find something that didn’t feel or smell artificial… it makes my house smell AMAZING!!)
Oooh! I never thought to put in an oil diffuser! Def going to try that!
I totally need to try this for shaving…
Thank you for the chance to win a gallon of this amazing
product. I am tickled that so many people seem to be
waking up to a more healthful diet.
I love to use Coconut oil as a moisturizer for my skin and hair!
Thank you for this opportunity! I want to try the homemade deodorant with coconut oil, as well as the body scrub. The more I hear about a more solid scrub, the more I like that idea. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and love of coconut oil.
I would like to try it as an insect repellant…out in the country, we have lots!
Love TT coconut oil!
I would love to try making a natural body scrub with coconut oil and sugar!
I already use coconut oil for a myriad of things but have yet to use it in a smoothie! I would love to try this. My favorite right now is using it in place of lotion on my daughter who suffers from eczema and on myself for a belly and breast rub while pregnant. I plan on using it in place of diaper cream and nipple cream once baby is born. Yeah, I REALLY need that gallon…LOL!
I’m going to try shaving with it. Thanks for the awesome giveaway!
I love the smell of coconut! I’d like to use it to protect my hair before a swim and for shaving.
I make smoothies for breakfast every morning and so it would be easy to just add some coconut oil to my smoothies for its health benefits. I also LOVE the taste of coconut. In fact my most favorite ice cream in the whole world is coconut ice cream or coconut gelato (though not always easy to find). Does the coconut oil taste like coconut? If it does, I know I’ll be forever addicted!
I really love coconut oil and am enjoying Nature’s Nurture Blog.
I love coconut oil! I’ve never tried shaving with it…that’s what I would try!

Coconut oil is supposed to be good for the thyroid. I want to use it to support my thyroid and its proper functioning.
I want to try the bug repellent. I already use it in so many things. LOVE COCONUT OIL!!!!!!
I have been using coconut oil for about a year now for my daily facial “replenisher”. I am 51 years old and am told regularly that I only look 40. I gave up on the fancy, complicated, expensive spa-type facial creams/cleansers/etc. and I have been very pleased. I can’t live without it!!!
Thank you for the amazing giveaway!! I want to use it as deodorant! Great list!
I want to try it in my Smoothies to boost my immune system and use it on my super dry ends of my hair!
Thanks for the giveaway!

I’ve always wanted to try my hand at making soap! Deodorant is my fav use for coconut oil, and lotion bars are a close second
Good luck, Kortney!
I want to try it as a shaving cream!
I’d try it as a shaving cream.

We use coconut oil for a lot of things. Haven’t tried making our own insect repellant or body scrubs yet. Those two are next on my list to do.
Not sure if I am doing this right… I came back to do the tweet every day thing & was prompted to do everything again… Is that ok? (Sorry, I don’t enter many giveaways.)
I LOVE using coconut oil as a lip moisturizer!

Wow! i could do a lot with this much coconut oil! My favorite use is to keep some in the shower to apply as a skin moisturizer and hair conditioner.
I already use it in my homemade deodorant but I hadn’t thought to use it as pre-sun care. I rarely burn but the moisturizing and that extra protection would be great.

I have used TT coconut oil for many years and love it. I use it for cooking, baking, skin care and as a lubricant for my nose 2-3 times a day, really helps the dryness. I would like to try the coconut oil as a body scrub.
Since we are moving to a very buggy area, would love to try it in insect repellant!
I would like to try to use it for bug bites. I already like the deodorant I made.
I just started the Whole30, and Coconut Oil is an approved cooking fat so I really want to try that. After reading your list, though, I am torn between the shaving cream & the deodorant – both would be GREAT to swap for the chemicals-in-a-can. Actually, I’m pretty intrigued by all the uses on your list – I have long (mid-back to waist) hair & want to try it as a treatment for that, too!
would LOOOVE this! I’ve been switching over all my yucky stuff to homemade awesomness (thanks to you!) and I absolutely looove coconut oil as a all over moisturizer among it’s many other amazing uses!
whoops! got ahead of myself! I want to try the deodorant next. AND even though I hope I wont need it…..it’s good to know I can use it on the bug bites as well
Tropical Traditions is the very best. I have tried other brands, but wasn’t satisfied with the quality or taste of it.
I am so glad you are offering this special deal!
I use it in my hot tea. I use it to cook with frying and in recipes. I use it for my skin. I use it for my hair. I use it in my smoothies. I use it on my husband’s skin and hair (we live in a dry climate so it really helps immensely). I use it to make deodorant. I use it on my lips. And next I plan on making a Lavender~Coconut Oil Body~Bath Scrub. And I will be giving some of friends and sending it to my Daughter to use on her and my beloved Granddaughter…and she will then spread the word by turning her many friends onto it…she is like her Mom and prefers pure, organic products that are truly organic, with a good reputation so you know they have integrity and what they say is in the product really is in there.
I also make frequent mention of it on my facebook pages (www.facebook.com/The-Sanctuary.Halo and http://www.facebook.com/aimiehalo.foster)
I feel confident that it is the best on the market, and that they maintain a high quality of purity. I love that it is organic and made the old fashioned way.
I found your website through your Tropical Traditions giveaway…I’m so glad! I also use coconut oil for several of the suggestions you wrote. However, I never thought to use it for shaving! Can’t wait to try it! Thanks so much!

I never thought to use coconut oil when shaving, and am eager to give that a try tomorrow! We use coconut oil when my toddler has diaper rash — it always clears up the rash completely before the day is done!
