The first time I heard about Earth Mama Angel Baby products was when my son was about 6 months old. He developed a very bad diaper rash that wouldn’t go away no matter what product I tried. Finally, a friend of mine introduced me to Earth Mama’s Baby Bottom Balm, and after just one day of use I was sold.
Today I have the honor of joining Earth Mama Angel Baby as one of their brand ambassadors, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! For the next 30 days, I’ll be making over my medicine cabinet and swapping out as many of my products with Earth Mama Angel Baby products – and I’ll be updating you with the progress.
Earth Mama Angel Baby products are all certified organic and non-GMO, making them some of the safest products you can find on the market today. Remember: the organic label automatically means non-GMO, but the non-GMO label does NOT automatically mean organic. Because of the pesticides and herbicides used on conventionally grown crops, the organic label is ever so important when choosing products for mama and baby. What we use on our skin also gets absorbed into our body and goes to our bloodstream, which affects both mama and baby!
Home & Herbal First Aid with Earth Mama Angel Baby
The great thing about Earth Mama Angel Baby products is just how versatile they are – most of their products can be used and reused in so many different ways, so if you don’t think you’ll finish that tub of diaper cream, there are so many other ways you can use it for you and the whole family! The products I received make up a Home and Herbal First Aid package, and include everything from soaps and diaper cream, to lip balms and herbal teas. This week I’ll be focusing on their castile soaps, diaper cream, and lip balms.
Castile Soaps
I’m a huge fan of castile soap and use it all over my home regularly, so I was very excited to try Earth Mama Angel Baby’s line of castile soaps. I received the Angel Baby Shampoo and Body Wash and the Calming Lavender Shampoo and Body Wash. All their soaps contain no artificial fragrances, foaming agents, sulfates, preservatives, parabens, or dyes. Of course, they’re all-natural and organic, and are perfect for baby bath time, hand washing and head-to-toe family clean.
I love anything with lavender, so I tried the Calming Lavender soap first on my baby girl. It smells so amazing and foams up beautifully! She was having a bit of a hard time with teething last week and developed a bad rash because of it, and this soap was oh so gentle on her tender skin. The lavender was also very calming – she rested on my chest for a good half hour after her bath, which is unheard of for her. 🙂
The Angel Baby soap is made with orange, calendula and vanilla, and although I didn’t think anything could beat the lavender scent, I was pleasantly surprised by this one. We’re using it at our bathroom sink, and it smells so refreshing! All of the Earth Mama Angel Baby soaps are certified organic by Oregon Tilth and rated “0” for toxins on the Skin Deep Database. Zero Toxins means they’re safe for everyone!

Angel Baby Bottom Balm
This is the product that started it all for me – the Angel Baby Bottom Balm. This is their #1 best selling salve; it’s clinically tested, safe for cloth diapers, and safely battles existing diaper rash and protects against flare ups. It’s also vegan (contains no beeswax) and certified organic by Oregon Tilth.
Plain and simple: this stuff just works! All it takes is a few applications, and my babies’ diaper rashes are gone by the end of the day. It sounds crazy, but it’s true. This diaper cream also smells amazing, unlike some of those other products on the market. It’s made of just the right combination of oils, butters, and herbs. The Angel Baby Bottom Balm is not just for baby bottoms either – it can be used to soothe rashes, burns, cuts and scrapes, chapped skin, cradle cap, thrush, and the list goes on!
Personally, I’ve been using it on the small eczema flare-ups I get on my fingertips, as well as an especially stubborn rough spot on one of my ankles. I love how smooth the balm is and how soft it makes my skin feel. If you’re going to try one product from Earth Mama Angel Baby, make it the Angel Baby Bottom Balm, trust me.
Earth Mama Lip Balms
I’m sorta kinda a lip balm fanatic – if you’ve been reading this blog for any length time, you may have already picked up on that. 😉 So getting to try all three of the Earth Mama Lip Balms was a real treat! All of their lip balms are 100% natural, certified organic, vegan, and contain no petrolatum, artificial flavoring, colors, or preservatives, and no toxins.
The lip balms come in three delicious flavors: Coconut Smoothie, Lavender Meringue, and Mint Herbal. Although I’m a lover of all things lavender, it was actually the coconut smoothie flavor that I fell in love with. It’s the perfect blend of silky smooth coconut and vanilla and smells oh so yummy! The lavender meringue has a nice, light lavender-vanilla scent, and the mint herbal is very, well…minty. 🙂 My son always has to ask for some lip balm whenever he sees me with a tube in my hand, so I love that these are completely natural and safe for kids as well.
These lip balms are so moisturizing; and they don’t just coat your lips, they actually absorb into the skin and soothe and heal them from the inside out. Good stuff!

Those lip balms look amazing! I definitely want to try those!
I love their lip balm! 🙂
Sarah, the Earth Mama Angel Baby Bottom Balm was my first exposure to EMAB as well. As a cloth diapering mama, it worked for rashes while not impacting my diapers! And you and I are on the same page with lip balms!
The coconut smoothie lip balm looks AMAZING!
